  Easy journey with Morris Homes! Eric walked me through the process step by step. Great experience from the moment we met Eric the first time, to the time we walked through the showroom for the color/appliances selection, until the house was built. Eric is very sincere and knowledgeable in real estate and building industry. What impressed the most is how patient and honest Eric was! Since I am from another country and not familiar with the process to build the house, my friend refered me to Eric and everything went smoothly and Eric guided us and provided many great suggestions on house plan, material choices... He worked with our budget so well and I can't ask more for such a beautiful home for the great price. Thank you again for answering many of our detailed questions! Definitely recommend Morris Homes for your builder!

  I looked at new homes of many builders in Clark County and decided to go with Morris Homes. I am happy I did because there homes displayed top shelf quality from material used to subcontractors all the way to management. Eric knows how to design and build custom homes the right way.   I had great experience withMorris Homes! Eric is very reliable and professional. I really want to mention is that Eric has very good sense/taste when comes to the house design. Everything he suggested for our house came together perfectly, the floor plan, color, style, appliances... You name it! He is the true quality customer home builder! Linda
